A rich heritage, a vision for the future
Just a short walk from the White City, Vista Ostuni was born from the restoration of the former Tobacco Factory, an iconic building deeply tied to the local community. A project that combines respect for the original architecture with innovation and comfort, earning LEED Gold certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), an international recognition evaluating the environmental performance of buildings.
Preserving before building
The restoration prioritized the preservation of the original structure and the reuse of materials, enhancing the existing architectural heritage while giving careful attention to construction waste management.
Water and energy
From rainwater harvesting and reuse to efficient irrigation systems, through to the photovoltaic plant and energy consumption monitoring technologies: solutions fully integrated into the project for a more conscious management of resources.
Landscape and well-being at the core
The pre-existing olive grove was preserved and seamlessly integrated into a landscaping plan that celebrates local flora. Indoors, special emphasis was placed on indoor air quality, the selection of materials, and overall guest comfort.
