The Group has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification, confirming the adoption of a structured system designed to ensure equal opportunities, pay equity, and the enhancement of skills. The certification covers the companies included within the scope indicated in the official certificate, available at the link below, while Vista Ostuni is currently implementing the process, in line with the Group’s progressive commitment to extending this standard to all its entities.

The process is formalized in the Gender Equality Policy, with concrete actions monitored by a dedicated Steering Committee.
